Neighborhood opposition for Dock Street Development

Two Trees has proposed building a large condo unit to replace the now operating neighborhood art and theatre space, St. Ann's Warehouse. They are also suggesting they may get approval for building a new middle school in this proposed 18 story building. The surrounding Neighborhood Associations ( Brooklyn Heights, Fulton Ferry Landing, and DNA) oppose this out-of-scale, high density & historically insensitive development. In 2000, the surrounding community successfully opposed another out-of-scale Two Trees proposed development of this same site.
